Welcome to Sabai Sabai Trip & Tours Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a trip, tour, or cruise with us or using our website https://sabaisabaitrip.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To secure a trip, tour, or cruise, you must complete the booking form and provide required details (e.g., name, contact information, passport details for international travel). A deposit or full payment may be required, as specified at booking.
  • Payment Terms: Prices are listed in NPR (e.g., ₨20,000 for a 5-day city tour, ₨80,000 for a 3-day cruise, with applicable discounts like 5% or 10% off). Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card). Full payment is due at least 30 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
  • Cruise-Specific Payments: For cruises, additional charges (e.g., gratuities of USD 20–50/SGD 27–34 per person per night, depending on cabin type) are mandatory and payable onboard unless pre-paid.
  • Price Guarantee: Our Best Price Guarantee ensures competitive rates, but prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or third-party fees (e.g., port charges, visa fees).

2. Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Inclusions: As outlined in our packages, bookings may include accommodation, specified meals (e.g., 4 complimentary meals daily on cruises at Dream Dining Lower/Upper or The Lido), port charges, and access to facilities/activities (e.g., rope course, zip-lining, swimming pool, as per the Daily Programme List).
  • Exclusions: Unless specified, bookings do not cover:
    • Airfare, cruise terminal transfers, or visa fees.
    • Gratuities (e.g., USD 20–50/SGD 27–34 per person per night for cruises).
    • Additional meals, beverages, spa services, late-night shows, shore excursions, Glow Bowl, exercise classes, or casino activities.
    • Personal expenses or any service not listed in the package.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • By You:
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@sabaisabaitrip.com.
    • Refund policies vary by package:
      • City Tours (e.g., 5-day tour at ₨18,942 after discount): 50% refund if canceled 30+ days before departure; no refund within 30 days.
      • Cruises (e.g., 3-day cruise at ₨58,000 after discount): Subject to cruise operator policies, typically non-refundable within 45 days of departure.
    • Non-refunded items include gratuities, visa fees, or third-party charges.
  • By Us: If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, insufficient bookings), we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip (e.g., similar city tour or cruise). We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., airfare, accommodation).

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify trip itineraries, destinations (e.g., Dubai, Singapore, Thailand), or activities (e.g., cruise facilities like mini-golf or water slides) due to weather, safety, or operational issues. We will notify you of significant changes and offer alternatives where possible.
  • Cruise-specific changes (e.g., meal venues like Dream Dining or The Lido) are subject to the cruise operator’s discretion.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and vaccinations required for your trip. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to missing documentation.
  • Health and Safety: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at booking. Adventure activities (e.g., zip-lining, rock climbing) require a basic level of fitness and are at your own risk.
  • Conduct: You agree to follow our guides’ instructions and cruise/activity rules (e.g., Daily Programme List). Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

6. Liability

  • Our Role: We act as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., cruise operators, airlines, hotels). We are not liable for their actions, delays, or cancellations.
  • Risks: Adventure activities (e.g., rope course, water slides) carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of your booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed flights, lost wages).

7. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. Insurance is not included in our packages.

8. User-Submitted Content

  • By submitting photos, reviews, or feedback (e.g., for the “Best Tourist’s Shared Beautiful Photos” section), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or publish this content for promotional purposes.
  • You confirm that submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://sabaisabaitrip.com/). By booking, you consent to us sharing necessary details with travel partners (e.g., for cruise bookings or visa processing).

10. Governing Law
